Hi! I’m Jordan.
I am a very proud wife and mama of two humans + three dogs. I love to be outdoors, travel, spend time with family, sit on the front porch, take a nap, do some yoga, write, and you can usually find me at church on Sunday.
Married at 19 and mama at 22, I’ve spent the past few years in the thick of marriage + motherhood. My kids keep me on my toes daily and if I’m not running around after them, then I am inevitably dealing with our human-like animals or trying to spend five minutes with my husband.
I try to find humor in all things and keep motherhood real – the good and the bad.
I struggled in my transition to Mama and found ways to soothe my soul with writing & yoga. So, that’s how this blog and Mama Yoga were born. The goal? To help women on the motherhood journey feel less alone.
My B.S. in Biology, soon-to-be Master’s in Digital Communications, extensive training, and struggles & triumphs in motherhood have both uniquely qualified me and led me here.
